Really bad hair day

Note to self: Remove the scissors from the Landon-accessible drawer in my bathroom.
(He's not smiling because Momma wasn't happy.)

YIKES!!! I have heard of kids cutting their own hair but thankfully...I didn't experience that first hand from either of my own boys! Good luck fixing that...maybe a buzz cut?

Well, I'm glad to see it runs in the family. Ashlyn (8yrs) just cut some "pudding" out of her hair...at the CROWN of her head. She really looks like a rooster if you don't pull her hair up!!

Our first experience with my 4 year old using the scissors to cut hair.... it was my friend's daughter's hair!!! Oh yes!! We had company, those two disappeared to "play" and the little girl came out proud as could be because my charming son had cut her hair! fortunately for me the mom wasn't too upset!!! Sheesh was I embarrased though!

Oh yeah...I forgot to tell what Uncle David would say. He knows the "perfect" haircut for this...

Aren't you so glad it's perfectly acceptable for little boys to wear ball caps anywhere anytime??

Eeek! Ciara did the same thing (more than once I might add). A little harder to hide on a girl than a boy...buzz cut anyone?! And I agree...the look on his face is the best! :)

I've had a couple of close calls with my daughter. She's the only one of the three that has hair long enough to get a pair of scissors around. It'll grow out, Mommy!

OH my goodness Devin!! hahahhaha Think of it this way: at least it wasn't one of the girls!! :)

John cut ALL of his sisters BEAUTIFUL big curls off when she was really little, and they never grew back. Needless to say, his momma wasn't a very happy one either! haha :)
