To Too TWO!

This is the first of the next three posts depicting Peyton's big "I'm 2" celebrations. The other two posts are below this one.

This morning her siblings immediately tried to teach her how to show how old she is by using her fingers.

"Ummmmm, I'm not so great at this. Wanna do something else?"

"Pleeeeeeease."

Fine, then I'll just eat my chocolate chip birthday muffin."

We went on a big-girls-only birthday lunch. "No Peyton, don't eat the lemon."

"Sutton! You're so silly."

"Are all of these mine?!"

"Okay...fine, I'll just eat the prettiest one. Happy birthday to me!"

Post and run

It's been a big weekend at Naunie and Poppie's house. All 12 cousins were here which made the house seem much smaller but the fun way bigger. The Easter Bunny stole the show with 250 Easter eggs found Saturday night and then a repeat performance complete with baskets filled to the brim with treasures on Easter morning.

Here are a just a few of the many pictures taken. Peyton, Landon, and Hayden worked the whole hunting scene while Sutton, Reagan, and Keaton were the behind-the-scenes talent making sure all ran smoothly. More pics to come soon.

Not sure when I'll be back but I plan to check in periodically. I hope you had a blessed Easter.
