Precious penchants

I've written before about Landon's little toddler idiosyncrasies. We've survived the bike helmet that was necessary on every outing as well as several times in his little life where he had to bring strange items or toys with us where ever we went.

After a brief respite the past month or so, he has decided on new compulsions...a right-handed red glove and a play saw. While he prefers to use these two items in conjunction, he will leave the saw at home if parent-pressured. The glove, on the other hand, (no pun intended) has been all over our community, its owner wearing it proudly to every appointment, store and restaurant he's frequented.

While the left-glove counterpart is readily available and could be used so Mom could wash the dirty, grimy, favorite, right one, Landon has made it very clear that, until further notice, he will continue his right-glove-wearing ways.

Nap times are no exception.
