Landon (4): "Dad, how do you spell donkey?"
Dad (yelling back upstairs): "D-O-N-K-E-Y."
Landon: "No, Dad, spell it the way I spell it."
Dad (confused): "Um...well...D-O-N-K-E-Y."
Landon: "NO, DAD! I said, spell it the way I spell it!"
Dad (still VERY confused): Okay...well...um...B-N-G-P-Y-T-F-R."
Landon: "YES! Now Dad, this time spell it in cursive."

THat is too funny....Ashlyn does the same thing with challenge list this year..."but that's not the way I spell it!". So sad that Webster's has made us adapt to a standard :).
