I wrote about the history of my friendship with Miranda
here. And last night we celebrated her birthday with a cake adorned with her name just the way Landon says it:
Biranda. She and Dave are dear friends who are as much a part of our family as any relatives we have. Our kids know and expect no birthday or holiday celebration to be complete without their honorary aunt and uncle.
Dave and Miranda put up with our masses, with our antics, and fortunately for us, they keep coming back...like good kin does.
