I'd like to return someone please

Peyton (9 months) has taken to screaming loudly for no apparent reason and these outbursts are as ferocious as they are random. After a particularly deafening assault, Landon (four) provided his own solution...

Landon: "Mom, you need to take her back."

Mom: "Take her back where?"

Landon: "To the hospital."

Mom (!!): "Back to the hospital?! Oh Landon, she would miss us and we would miss her!"

Landon: "I wouldn't, I'd get something else."

Mom (??): "Something else? What else would you get?"

Landon: "I think I'd rather have a kitty cat."

Oh my goodness! I SO remember when Liv started doing that at almost that exact same age!! You are terrified that anything in the house made out of glass with burst from the incredibly pitch that tiny thing has, huh? yikes! My prayers are with you. :)
And kitties aren't so bad...

Evidently I made the same comment about my brother, but it was made much sooner. I think I told my grandfather, Bert this shortly after Matthew came home from the hospital. Since I was two and a half I don't have a great recollection of the story. . .
